Thank you for visiting and shopping at Master Liquidators. We are committed to ensuring that your products are shipped quickly and securely. Please review our shipping policy below.
Shipping Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. (Most orders placed prior to 10am EST will be shipped same day)
- If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you of any significant delays.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery rates and times vary based on your location and shipping method chosen. Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Order Tracking:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). Tracking information will be available within 24-48 hours after being scanned by UPS/USPS.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
We do not ship outside of the U.S.
Delays & Lost Packages:
Master Liquidators is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier. However, if your package is lost in transit, please contact us at masterliquidatorsllc@gmail.com, and we will assist in resolving the issue.
Damaged or Missing Items:
If your order arrives damaged or is missing items while being shipped, please contact us immediately at masterliquidatorsllc@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damaged product. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
